Ink and Consumables:
Items must be returned unopened within 30 days of purchase with a 20% restocking fee applied. Shipping is non refundable.

Parts and Accessories:
Unused items may be returned for a refund with a 20% restocking fee applied. Customer pays for shipping both ways.

Equipment Sales:
All Sales are final. No Refunds / No returns.
